Does the Cozumel Palace have a beach?
No, this resort is located ON the Caribbean Sea (as you can see in the pictures) but does not offer a traditional walk-out beach. We do have sandy beach areas so you can sink your toes into the warm, pink Mexican sand and lay out on a towel. And of course you can lounge around the two big pools (including the infinity pool). There are no natural beaches along this part of Cozumel coastline.

An independently operated dive shop at the Cozumel Palace offers scuba-diving instruction, including a beginner's course, a refresher course, etc. The shop also arranges reef, wall, wreck, and snorkeling tours, and rents scuba diving and additional snorkeling gear. The hotel maintains complimentary lockers for gear next to the dive shop. On most dates, you can enjoy a poolside Scuba diving demonstration! Got Kids? A kids' club for ages 4-12 keeps young travelers entertained throughout the day, along with the kiddie pool and playground.

The Palace was very nice.. we had a very good time! The staff was very nice and we never had to wait long for food or drinks. The grounds are beautiful and many in the group took advantage of the snorkeling which was very convenient and scenic. Transportation was no problem at the Mayan pier and we quickly got 2 big vans. I will definitely recommend Cozumel for a Day to all of my clients traveling to Cozumel. Thank you for all of your help with my group.

Come Play for a FULL Day
The Cozumel Palace welcomes your arrival as early as 7:00am. Stay as late as 10:00pm. WOW! We bet this is the longest and most inclusive Cozumel shore excursion you will find anywhere. Check your ship's arrival/departure times so you know when you can come play for a day! Transfers are not included - so you come and go as you please. Taxi's are readily available and inexpensive (see our Easy Transfers page).
Bring Your Appetite – Our Pass Includes All Dining
Enjoy freshly prepared favorites, local Mexican classics and even International specialties! Depending on your ship’s time, you are invited to enjoy breakfast, lunch – even dinner.
Cozumel Palace restaurants & hours:
Dine at TURQUESA located poolside. The International breakfast buffet opens 7:00am – 11:00am. The international lunch buffet opens Noon – 4:00pm.
Check out the FLAMINGO SNACK BAR for snacks and lunch. This is our poolside bar and grill and it is open for your dining pleasure from 11:00am through 5:00pm.
Please note: Wet clothing or uncovered swimwear are not allowed inside the restaurants so please bring cover-ups (or a change of clothes) for this awesome Cozumel shore excursion.
If your Cozumel cruise ship stays in port real late, enjoy dinner, too. Opening at 6:00pm, TURQUESA features Italian cuisine. (Dinner dress code here is long pants, collared shirt and shoes required). Mo-Mo-No-Ha-Na (Oriental) and Bugambilias (Mexican): Enjoy dinner here beginning at 5:30pm. Dinner dress code is casual- shorts and jeans allowed but no wet clothing or swimwear.
